Corporate Flags

The main activity of Company A3 is flag production. We are an undisputed leader in the market, and our flags fly on masts both in Poland and in many other European countries. We produce corporate flags for a wide range of clients, not limiting ourselves to the construction, chemical, or fuel station industries.
We manufacture corporate flags, national flags, as well as lightweight and portable BatFan systems, table flags, fan flags, mega flags, and many other products.

Flags are created using digital printing, which works well for smaller quantities (even single items) and complex designs. We produce raster prints on modern inkjet printers with a maximum width of up to 310 cm and a length of up to 100 m.

The ink applied has a permeability of up to 95%. Thermal fixation is also necessary to ensure higher durability of the print, preventing fading in sunlight or wear.
The entire production process is centralized, allowing us to continuously monitor the quality of our products and respond quickly to customer requests. All seams of the flags are made with a strong double stitch. Upon request, we reinforce the corners of the flags to prevent fraying. On the installation side, we sew on a durable polyester tape and plastic snap hooks for attaching the flag to the mast. Each finished flag always undergoes quality control.

We produce flags to order, working according to customer wishes. You determine the graphic design to be made on the flag, and we adjust the type of finishing to facilitate the efficient hanging of the flag on the mast. Sometimes this requires obtaining additional information from the customer, as not everyone is familiar with the proper way to hang flags. Fortunately, our customer service staff will help you clarify any doubts.

Flag Maintenance Guidelines

It is advisable to avoid allowing the flag to become heavily soiled, especially in conditions that deviate from the norm, such as exposure to acid rain or proximity to intense pollution sources.

Before the main washing, rinse the flag under running water to remove accumulated dust. Wash mechanically every two weeks using readily available detergents at a temperature of 60-70°C or have it cleaned by professional laundries.

Dry in a hung state. Iron at 150°C. Do not bleach.

Flag Usage Rules

Flags must have sufficient space to flutter freely in the wind, without snagging on trees, masts, wires, or buildings.
“At wind speeds of 60 km/h and above, flags MUST BE REMOVED FROM THE MAST. If the wind speed is high but does not exceed 60 km/h, the flags should be lowered to half-mast.

Flags should be washed often enough to prevent dirt from penetrating the fabric structure. The recommended maintenance period is at most every thirty days.

In the case of any damage resulting from improper use of the flags, they should be immediately returned for repair (to prevent further fraying of the material). The service fee is chargeable.
Please adhere to the washing symbols.

Our flags and banners made from branded polyester can be cleaned without fear of color fading. However, we warn that the process of dry cleaning may lead to unfavorable changes in the colors of the flags. Therefore, we advise customers against this method of washing.

Warranty for Corporate Flags

A3 Flag Manufacturer M. Szymura, M. Szymura sp. j. guarantees good quality and proper functioning of polyester products regarding printing and finishing for a maximum period of 6 months.

The purchaser is entitled to exchange flags for new ones if the defect cannot be rectified.
Flags should be washed with readily available detergents at temperatures between 30°C and 70°C. Do not bleach.

The warranty does not cover:

  • mechanical damage resulting from installing flags under conditions deviating from the norm (e.g., acid rain, proximity to intense pollution sources, very strong winds)
  • damage and defects arising from improper installation, storage, and maintenance of products, as well as using them contrary to their intended purpose.

We recommend washing flags every 2-3 weeks, depending on the level of soiling, at a professional cleaning company.
In cases of very strong and gusty winds, please lower the flag or even remove it from the mast.
