Digital printing
For the implementation of digital printing using TIFF, EPS, & PDF formats, all artwork must have a CMYK profile.
All bitmaps should have a resolution in the range of 40-120 ppi (pixels per inch) at the final size of graphics, i.e. the scale of 1: 1.
If using only fonts, Vectors (outlines) in the following formats will suffice: EPS, PDF, AI.
For proper color matching, Pantones should be provided, with the understanding that CMYK printing may differ from the Pantones.

Template Description
Do not change the file sizes, as they are already in the allowances for seams and sleeves.
- Dashed blue line—sewing space tunnel
- The red line—the area visible after sewing
- Blue solid line—any area of the background (artwork)
It is important to note that colors tend to appear more vivid on PVC substrates compared to textile prints. This difference is due to the variations in printing technologies and the ink absorbency levels of each material. When matching Pantone colors, the resulting color profiles can only approximate the original spot Pantone shades. This is achieved by converting spot color object parameters into CMYK values that closely correspond to the desired Pantone color.
Deep black To achieve deep black, please apply the following parameters: CMYK 60 50 50 100
Textile prints In case of textile prints, safety areas are crucial. Depending on the substrate as well as on the print technology, material stretching or shrinking may occur.
Text in layout – Please ensure that all fonts are embedded (converted to curves). We are not responsible for any layout issues that may arise if the fonts in the print file have not been converted to curves.
Our designers always check the files and intervene if there are problems :)
